Christina Gagnier
CEO
Christina Gagnier is a partner at Gagnier Margossian, a boutique public affairs consulting firm specializing in strategic counsel and policy for a variety of public and private sector clients. A proud Californian, Gagnier’s career began offline in the non-profit sector, working on initiative campaigns and coordinating voter turnout in California for causes relating to education.
Previously, Gagnier served as the Chief Information Officer of Mobilize.org, a non-partisan Millennial civic engagement organization, directing the organization’s strategic communications, online interface and research programs.
A researcher and information broker at heart, Gagnier focuses on the intersection of on and offline action, specializing in cyberspace law, telecommunications, transparency and privacy. From 2006-2008, Gagnier engaged in research for cyberlaw scholar Lawrence Lessig at Stanford University, working on Code 2.0 and Remix: Making Art and Commerce Thrive in the Hybrid Economy. In Fall 2008, Gagnier’s Democracy 2.0: Millennial-Generated Change to American Governance was featured in the National Civic Review.
Gagnier serves on the Advisory Board for the service initiative myImpact and is a member of the Board of Directors for the online travel company LocalTripper. Gagnier was also one of eight members of the National Conference on Citizenship’s 2008 Civic Health Index Millennial Working Group.
Gagnier earned a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Irvine, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco. When not attached to her iPhone, she enjoys Los Angeles, college basketball, western films, and her new blog, BLAWND.

Carter Fort
Web Development
Carter Fort is a web designer based in Lexington, KY. After working for a few years in print and broadcast advertising, he went into business for himself designing and coding websites under the auspices of Out to Lunch Productions.
Carter chose web design because of the massive amount of work a single person can produce. According to him, the best web designers are also web coders because the aesthetic of a site is integral to its functionality.

Stephanie Margossian
Public Affairs Strategist
Stephanie A. Margossian is a founding partner of Gagnier Margossian, a public affairs consulting firm. Margossian has experience working with individual, corporate, organizational, and government clients regarding fiscal policy. Margossian has worked with local governments to establish employee benefit plans for city employees, provide tax solutions for top executives, and advise corporate officers in transitioning their businesses in corporate takeover situations. Margossian was admitted to the state bar of California in December of 2008.
Currently, Margossian manages the public interface and outreach efforts for the California Child Development Administrators Association (CCDAA). Margossian works closely with the executive director in implementing strategy for broadening the organization’s membership base. With CCDAA, she specializes in recruitment and retention of the association’s statewide membership. Margossian also does public policy work for CCDAA. She develops strategy and implements campaigns to broaden CCDAA’s advocacy network. In this capacity, Margossian works closely with the organization’s public policy team to mobilize membership to engage in advocacy work on behalf of the organization.

Nicole Fromm
Strategy Associate
Nicole Fromm is a Strategy Associate with REALPOLITECH. Fromm’s career has spanned across multiple industries, including in the non-profit, legal, and religious sectors.
Fromm brings a wealth of conference planning and production experience to the REALPOLITECH team. Working with the National Worship Leadership Conference, Fromm helped coordinate events for thousands of attendees. Working to develop annual conference schedules, Fromm’s strategic planning and business development skills led to the expansion and growth of the conference during her tenure with the Conference.
Fromm has also served in a project management capacity with Worship Leader Magazine, launching the publisher’s external business, The Odes Project, a project representing new music for the Church. Fromm negotiated distribution in Nashville, working with music industry executives and distributing content through multiple digital music websites including iTunes.
Fromm’s work in online content distribution was enlightened by her three years of working in the legal sector. Fromm has managed artists, directed sales, and collaborated with web developers to launch consumer-friendly online portals for artists. By acting as a representative for The Odes Project at the National Worship Leader Conference, Fromm worked in partnership development with dozens of organizations.
For the startup IBeatYou, Fromm developed marketing campaigns and directed advertisements. Fromm also managed the social network infrastructure for the venture and has engaged in market research of social technologies.
Fromm continues to be deeply involved within the Christian advocacy sphere, volunteering and continuing to help make an impact on the way music is heard the way musicians lead through their work. An Orange County native, Fromm volunteers with the Orange County Food Bank and her local church.
Nicole holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with honors, and is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor.

Andrew Erlichman
Strategy Associate
Andrew Erlichman is a Strategy Associate with REALPOLITECH. Erlichman comes to the team with a background in development and local politics, policy and government. Intrigued by the dynamic relationships in government, Andrew has worked with elected officials, city administration and non-governmental organizations on projects and campaigns.
While working with a small software company in Silicon Valley after college, Andrew heard the call of service and joined the United States Peace Corps. As a Community Development volunteer in the Eastern Caribbean, Andrew engaged in grassroots planning with local community groups and acted as a resource for the Ministry of Labour and area schools, clinics and museums in addition to numerous smaller projects.
At the University of Southern California School of Policy, Planning and Development, Erlichman received a City/County Management fellowship and worked in a management capacity with the City of La Canada Flintridge.
Erlichman holds a B.A. in Political Science from San Jose State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
Sofia Sami is a Strategy Associate with REALPOLITECH. Sami comes to the team with a background in legislative affairs, youth politics, and political advocacy.
Sami began her career as an undergraduate, leading a seven-member staff in her student government and teaching a University Studies grassroots-organizing course, LobbyCORE, on her campus.
Sami has been heavily involved in the higher education advocacy sphere in California. While working with the board of a statewide organization, Sami analyzed bills, crafted legislative strategy, and lobbied state legislators.
Sami continued her commitment to public service by working as a Legislative Assistant to Councilmember Patrick O’Donnell of the City of Long Beach. In addition to advising the Councilmember on legislative matters, Sami managed outreach to an economically diverse constituency of 50,000.
Sami is also a passionate advocate for disability rights and accessibility. Sami was selected to work with the Burton Blatt Institute in Washington, DC, where she conducted a study on media images and public perceptions of people with disabilities. Sami’s corresponding paper was published as an appendix to a prominent academic’s Durfee Foundation Stanton Fellowship project. Later, Sami worked on litigation, election law, and voter outreach issues at Disability Rights California, a federally-mandated law firm that provides advocacy services for people with disabilities throughout the state. Sami also completed an externship with the Cancer Legal Resource Center.
Sami currently serves as an Editor of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal and is the Membership Director of the Los Angeles County Young Democrats.
Sami holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Anthropology from the University of California, Irvine, and is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School.
