Political & Interactive Web Sales Representative

REALPOLITECH, a firm of social engineers, seeks a political and interactive web sales representative.

REALPOLITECH focuses on building robust customizable platforms for local and statewide political campaigns, causes and organizations. REALPOLITECH produces interactive live webcasts for online events and offline conferences. REALPOLITECH manages top-level research of online media and trends. REALPOLITECH directs digital public relations for both public and private sector clients.

In addition to sales of REALPOLITECH services, representatives will assist in acquiring sponsorship opportunities for REALPOLITECH’s online programming. Applicants should have knowledge of online advertising and an understanding of media.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential accounts and originate sales leads via phone and email
  • Strategically approach prospects and determine needs, marketing objectives, business model, budget cycle and key decision-makers
  • Develop effective sales proposals and ad sales/sponsorship solutions by utilizing a thorough understanding of appropriate and available inventory
  • Maximize advertising results and ensure a high renewal rate by communicating with client services team and client to assure execution of contract deliverables and maximum program optimization
  • Complete regular call reports, sales pipelines and revenue forecasts
  • Develop advertising sales strategies and sales process improvements
  • Work with sales operations to prepare ad campaigns for launch

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • A level of comfort with advertising sales in online media
  • Knowledge of interactive advertising and media landscape
  • Ability to generate new business
  • Ability to book multiple clients in a month timeframe
  • Sales reporting and analytics
  • Experience developing compelling sales presentations, delivering effective face-to-face client presentations and entertaining clients.
